Eric Rutherford, MBA
Eric Rutherford was raised in Boulder and has been active in the
local real estate market for eleven years both as a Real Estate Broker
and an investor.
A graduate of Fairview High School, he attended the U.S. Naval
Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and served as an Officer in the United
States Marine Corps. Early in his real estate career, he was among the
top five brokers in the first eighteen months of employment.
He graduated from the FBI Academy in Virginia (elected class
president as well as the graduation speaker) and worked as a Federal
Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration in Texas prior to
reentering the real estate profession.
A lifetime athlete, Eric enjoys mountaineering and a variety of
sports. His high school and college football honors include: Fairview
state champion team; named to the first team All-State (offense and
defense); Naval Academy team co-captain; Sports Illustrated player of
the week; Division I honorable mention All-American; named to the first
team All-East; played in the Hula Bowl; three-year starter.
Having traveled throughout Latin American and the world, Eric has
broad cross-cultural experience and is fluent in Spanish. He has a
talent for hunting down good investments and is a firm believer that
integrity is the basis for any relationship. Personable, hardworking,
and effective, graduated in 2004 from the University of Colorado with a
Masters in Business Administration.

Eric is married to Brenda, and they have a girl named Paloma and a baby boy named Kai.
